The Acting Director, Ibadan Zonal
Office of the Joint Admissions and
Matriculation Board (JAMB), Mrs.
Olajumoke Adeleke, has charged the members of staff of the Zonal Office to display professionalism and honesty in their dealings with the public.
According to jambulletin, Mrs. Adeleke made the charge during an interactive performance appraisal organised by the Zona Office to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses in all aspects of its service delivery.
The appraisal, when completed, would be expected to elicit requisite feedback to aid the setting of future performance
goals in line with the vision and mission of the Board.
Further in her remarks, Ms. Adeleke
enjoined participants to imbibe the core values of a progressive 21st Century workplace, which is the goal of her administration.

Mrs.Adelake also stated that the idea of a review was occasioned by the need to evaluate previously-set targets in order to know the extent to which the set goals had been achieved as well as to
collectively maintain or the existing
framework for achieving these targets.
She also stressed the need to ensure that
all set targets must be in sync with the mandate of the Board and the vision of the Registrar.
She also disclosed that, as part of
as part of motivation for increased productivity, the Board is putting finishing touches to a reward system for diligent and
hardworking staff as part of its staff welfare package.
At the conclusion of the review exercise, the staff commended the Ag. Zonal Director, Ibadan, for her passion at ensuring that the Zonal Office functions at optimal level for improved service delivery.
