18 top French higher education institutions are billed to visit Abuja and Lagos next week for exchange programmes and to foster new partnerships with their Nigerian counterparts.
A statement on Friday from the Embassy of France in Nigeria explained that after its first successful edition in 2019, the Study Tour Nigeria is coming back on November 22nd-24th.
The statement said, “For this special occasion, the Embassy of France in Nigeria and Campus France are welcoming 18 top French higher education institutions in Abuja and Lagos.
“An opportunity for representatives of Nigerian universities, state institutions, and scholarship providers to take part in institutional meetings with French schools, fostering new partnerships in the future regarding scientific and higher education cooperation.
“More than these fruitful meetings, the Study Tour also offers a unique opportunity for Nigerian students to discover the large variety of affordable programmes fully taught in English, with more than 1,600 Ph.D., Masters and Bachelors, and have one on one discussions with admissions representatives from French schools.”
