Law Class Of ’88 Hands Over E-library To Alma-mater

The Law Class of 1988, University of Lagos, on Friday, July 7, 2023, officially handed over an E-Library to their Alma Mater.

The project, according to the set, marks a token of their appreciation to the faculty for the quality of training and the social bond they were able to form and sustain even after 35 years.

In his remarks before formally handing over the E-library, President of the Law Class of 1988, Adetokunbo Odutola represented by another member of the class, Mrs. Adedoyin Olusina said the project will give both students and faculty members, easy access to contemporary materials thereby supporting research as well as aiding students to hone their skills and build competencies in their chosen aspect of law.

In his remarks, the Dean, Faculty of Law, Professor Ige Bolodeoku, was full of gratitude to members of the Law Class of ‘88 for their love and support for scholarship in the faculty.

He said the E-Library project demonstrates the indispensability of alumni associations in the developmental efforts of any tertiary institution.

Highpoint of the brief ceremony which was attended both physically and virtually by members of the Law class ’88 was a tour of the E-library situated on the second floor of the Faculty of Law building.
