The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has today disengaged the 2022 batch C Stream I Corps members nationwide.
In a low-keyed ceremony conducted at local government levels in Yobe State, a total of 318 corps members comprising 223 males and 95 females successfully passed out.
The State Coordinator NYSC Yobe, Mrs Hafsat Yerima represented by Assistant Director HRM Mr Mairiga Bakah while addressing the corps members in Damaturu local government secretariat congratulated them for a successful service year.
The State Coordinator also urged the corps members to be good ambassadors of the scheme wherever possible.
Additionally, he urged them to also put to good use the various skills acquired through SAED training rather than waiting for white-collar jobs that are no longer available.
The high point of the occasion was the distribution of certificates of national service.
