Assessment exercises have been successfully conducted for three additional programmes in the ongoing accreditation exercise in Lagos State University. The programmes are Zoology, Microbiology, and Mechanical Engineering.
The National Universities Commission (NUC) teams, which began the assessments on Thursday, 30th November 2023 concluded their assignments a day later, that is Friday 1st December 2023 and submitted their reports to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, mni, NPOM, at the Conference Room of the Vice Chancellor’s Office.
The team leads, Prof. Patrick Audu (Zoology), Prof. F.C Onwuleri (Microbiology) and Prof. Ekechukwu Valentine (Mechanical Engineering) submitted their reports to the Vice Chancellor in the presence of members of management, deans of faculties, Prof. Shehu Akintola (Science) and Prof. Nurudeen Raji (Engineering), as well as professors of concerned departments.
