Abuja Enterprise Agency, FCT College Of Education Partner To Boost Entrepreneurship Training

In a move to foster entrepreneurship development and reduce youth unemployment, the Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) and FCT College of Education, Zuba, have signed a partnership agreement.

The collaboration aims to widen the scope of entrepreneurship knowledge among staff, students, and residents of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The Acting Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AEA, Mr. Chudi Ugwuada-Ezirigwe, highlighted the importance of sustaining the relationship to position entrepreneurship as a solution to societal challenges.

He emphasized the role of entrepreneurship in mitigating issues such as internet fraud, kidnapping, and other criminal activities prevalent among youths.

Mr Ezirigwe expressed the satisfaction of AEA in witnessing the success stories of businesses thriving in the challenging business environment.

He praised the foresight of the College’s leadership in aligning its vision with modern realities and encouraged them to remain steadfast in the entrepreneurship journey.

The Provost of FCT College of Education, Zuba, represented by the Director of Special Duties, Grace Tyoden, stated that the collaboration is essential to add value to the lives of students and staff, positioning them for economic independence.

The Director affirmed the College’s commitment to sustaining the mutually beneficial partnership and expressed satisfaction with the activities of the present leadership of Abuja Enterprise Agency.
