The drive by the management of Lagos State University (LASU) for self-sustenance and increase Internally Generated Revenue (IGR), received a boost as the the National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) approved the LASU Table Water brand.
A statement released by the institution affirmed that the last hurdle for the production and sales of the LASU Table Water brand passed the NAFDAC’s scrutiny.
“The NAFDAC approval was secured following an on-site inspection of facilities of the LASU Water Plant earlier this year.
“With the NAFDAC approval and allocation of number, the LASU Water Plant under the management of LASU Ventures will commence the production and distribution of the LASU Table Water to vendors in the university community and its environs,” the statement read.
