OGUN – The Director of NYSC South West Area Office II, Mrs. Francisca Olaleye, has urged staff at the Ogun State Secretariat and Area Office to remain steadfast, disciplined, and dedicated in their duties.
She made this call during a reception at the State Secretariat in Abeokuta, where she appreciated the staff for their warm welcome and solicited their support and cooperation.
Mrs. Olaleye emphasized her open-door policy, as she encouraged staff to share new ideas, saying “No one has the monopoly of knowledge.”
She also addressed Corps Members, advising them not to protest for an allowance increase, assuring them that their security and welfare are a top priority for NYSC Management.
She promised that their allowance would be increased by the federal government in due course.
The NYSC Ogun State Coordinator, Mrs. Olayinka Diana Nasamu, welcomed the Director, describing her as a woman with a wealth of experience who has a penchant for excellence.
She expressed her team’s willingness to tap into her experience and offered her best wishes in the Director’s new posting.
