Former Cross River State Commissioner for Education, Professor Offiong Offiong, has been appointed as the 12th Vice-Chancellor of the University of Calabar (UNICAL).
The former Commissioner was confirmed by the 14th Governing Council, led by DIG Udom Ekpoudom (rtd), on Friday afternoon.
