The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) is in mourning following the passing of Prof. Muhtari Alhassan, the former Director of Management Information Systems (DMIS) at the university.
Prof. Alhassan, who was on leave of absence and was set to take up a new appointment as a Vice Chancellor elsewhere, passed away unexpectedly.
